Shipping and Refunds
Shipping rate is a $5.50 flat fee for all purchases by U.S. residents. All orders are sent by Priority mail. At the present time, we only ship to the United States. We know you will be anxious to use all of the great new things from our store, so we will pack and send your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours!
International customers will receive an ADDITIONAL Paypal invoice if the actual shipping cost is greater than $5.50. We will ship international orders using the least expensive method (usually First Class or Priority Flat Rate Envelope). If you have a shipping method preference, please note that in the Comments section of your order. Thank you!
Store credit is available for returned items. Product must be returned within 30 days of receipt and show no wear or damage. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
Any refunds issued are paid through Paypal.
North Carolina residents, please note that you must be charged sales tax on all purchases.
